My journey began with portrait photography as a way to explore emotion, which led me to dive into learning about the unconscious mind and later become a certified Emotional Wellness practitioner — specialising in EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

The Process
- 1. Identify: We begin by identifying behaviours, thought patterns, or emotional blocks that may be unconsciously holding you back or sabotaging your growth.
- 2. Explore: Together, we uncover the core beliefs driving these patterns and explore their origins —whether rooted in childhood, societal conditioning, religious narratives, or other life experiences.
- 3. Heal: Using gentle somatic techniques such as EFT tapping, I support your body in feeling safe enough to process and release stored emotions. This creates the space for you to choose a new, empowering reality aligned with your values.
