I come from a small town in south-west Scotland. I am a certified EFT(emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping Practitioner and a Portrait Photographer currently living and working in Berlin, Germany.
I have always been an empathetic observer, captivated by the idea of making the invisible visible. This began with using photography as a means to explore emotion, and my EFT studies have taken that exploration to a much deeper level. I have a BA in Photography and have worked as a photographer since my mid-teens. Having a camera in my hand and a deep intrigue for human emotions while exploring various realities and points of view has been my natural state of being for most of my life. Since the pandemic, I have been providing EFT Tapping sessions, motivated to offer emotional support during a time of global burnout.
As a student of the Marina Abramović Institute, I completed 'Cleaning the House,' a week-long workshop in endurance performance art. This transformative experience deepened my understanding of my body and creative journey, laying a strong foundation for my work as an emotional wellness practitioner.
