What inspired this program?
My Personal Winter Journey
Hi, I’m Claire – your host for Deep Winter: Self-Study & Support Circle. Navigating the colder months while prioritising emotional well-being has been one of my greatest personal challenges. I created this programme to share the tools and support I wish I’d had during those times.
How EFT Helped Me
When I began studying EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), one of by primary goals was to understand and manage seasonal blues. These techniques first transformed my own life before I began sharing them with colleagues and clients.
Building Deep Winter: Self-Study & Support Circle
In 2021, I launched my first group focused on winter wellness to support others through the the darker months. Together, and every year since, we have explored recurring emotional themes and setbacks triggered by winter’s harsh climate. As a group, we broke free from patterns of struggle and cultivated emotional resilience. Each year, I’ve refined the programme to ensure it provides an even greater range of support.
Rooted in Experience
This programme draws on personal insights and lessons from working with clients over the past three years. It’s designed to help you create emotional balance, foster self-acceptance, and align with the natural rhythms of the seasons.

The group will be an intimate online community with a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to share their experiences and feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.
You are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.
Calls
We will meet as a small group on Zoom every Thursday at 19:00 CET (Central European Time) for six weeks, starting 9 January.
During each session, we’ll check in as a group, share our journey, and connect through a shared experience. We’ll practice tapping together—a powerful way to shift group energy, helping transform winter blues into empowerment, motivation, and renewed vitality.

You’ll receive the Deep Winter: Self-Study eBook—a PDF workbook designed for you to type directly into. It features weekly journal prompts, practical self-care tasks, and insights to help you reflect, gain wisdom, and sustain your vitality during the heart of winter.
